郭伟,研究员,博士生导师

研究方向:超精密激光微纳加工及跨尺度激光并行制造

长期从事激光微纳加工与并行制造技术研究,主要致力于超精密激光加工及超构表面工程,其中包括跨尺度无掩膜激光并行光刻,相关技术应用在碳化硅衬底、金刚石晶圆、半导体量子点制造等领域。

2023年归国至今承担多项国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然基金委重点项目课题,在Nature Communications,Light: Science and Applications等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文50篇,授权国际专利2项。
