研究方向:激光增材制造、难加工材料激光加工。

作为负责人承担主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、浙江省博士后择优资助项目、宁波市重点研发计划课题、宁波市自然科学基金和所长基金等10余项;参与了国家重点研发计划、装发共用技术、浙江省重点研发计划等项目;已在Journal of Manufacturing Processes, Materials Science & Engineering A,等学术期刊发表论文40余篇,其中第一/通讯论文20余篇;担任Additive Manufacturing Frontiers青年编委、中国有色金属学会增材制造技术专业委员会委员、粉末冶金技术青年编委。
